5 tips to healthy and whiter teeth!

 1 : Brush 2-3 times a DAY

5: Eat your fruits and vegetables!
Cut down on your junk foods and concentrate on your fruits and veggies, this will help keep your teeth healthy, remove plaque, help prevent cavities and will not stain your teeth either!
